Due to Covid-19, processing times for returns are taking longer than normal. Please allow 14-21 days before contacting support regarding the status of your return. Thank you for your patience.

IMPORTANT: With limited exceptions, returns are refunded in the form of online store credit redeemable at Sukiso.com given that items are returned in full accordance with our Return Policy. Sukiso does not refund the original shipping charges.

With limited exceptions, we do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.

Online Returns Policy

  • Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  • All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.
  • For sanitation reasons, all swimsuits and face mask are final sale.
  • Returns sent back to our warehouse that have not been generated through our returns portal or by contacting our Customer Service team directly will be charged a $10 manual processing fee

Domestic Returns

To exchange or return your item(s):

Start by going to Returns@sukiso.com and have your order number and zip code handy.

Your request to return your item(s) must be within 30 days of your delivery date or within our return policy.

You will have 2 options to drop off your item(s):

1. Mail - $6.99

You can start this process using our self-service portal by visiting Returns@sukiso.com.

The fee for this method of returning items will be deducted from the total online store credit which will be received after successfully returning the products.

After packaging the items you want to return, you must ship the items along with the shipping label.

**Your online store credit refund is initiated as soon as you drop your items at the return bar or we receive your package at our processing center.

International Returns

Should you choose to return, Sukiso does not provide prepaid return labels and you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs. In addition, any customers purchasing outside of the U.S. will be unable to use our Online Returns Portal. Instead, please follow the instructions below to return in accordance with our Return Policy.

Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several weeks to reach us if returning from an international location. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is delivered to our Returns Department. Once your return is fully processed, you will receive your refund in the form of store credit redeemable at Sukiso.com.

Helpful Hint: Sukiso is not responsible for returns until they reach our Returns Department. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Sukiso will not issue a store credit refund for your returns.
